Orders are generally shipped within 4-8 business days using USPS or DHL from North Carolina, USA.

Can I return my purchase?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

My order arrived damaged or was lost in the mail. Can you replace it?

Absolutely. Just email us a photo of your damaged item within 30 days of receiving it. Or within 30 days of not receiving your item.

Will I pay additional customs or import fees?

You may be subject to customs or import fees, if you reside outside of the USA. We cannot predict these fees for every country, as they are entirely up to the customs agents in your country. Alfa Flow is not responsible for these fees, and cannot refund them under any circumstance.
